Job Overview
We are looking for ambitious and client-focused Wealth Managers (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mutual fund distribution and portfolio advisory services, with a proven ability to manage and expand relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and institutional investors. Your core responsibilities will include offering tailored investment solutions, driving client engagement, and contributing to the overall growth of our mutual fund, PMS, and AIF businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals and investment preferences.
Recommend and manage a well-diversified portfolio of mutual funds, PMS, and AIF products tailored to client objectives.
Provide proactive client servicing, including portfolio reviews, performance updates, and market outlook discussions.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting.
Collaborate closely with internal research and investment teams to design client-centric solutions.
Educate clients about financial products, associated risks, and investment strategies.
Stay informed on market trends and economic developments to provide timely advice.
Prepare investment presentations, reports, and other supporting documentation for client interactions.
Consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in mutual fund sales, wealth management, or financial services.
NISM Mutual Fund certifications preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
