Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Senior Wealth Managers to join our growing team. This role is focused on managing and expanding relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and family offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mutual fund sales and wealth management, with the ability to offer customized investment solutions, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s business development goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their financial goals and risk appetite.
  • Recommend and manage customized, diversified portfolios of mutual funds, PMS, and AIF products tailored to client needs.
  • Provide ongoing service, including portfolio reviews, market updates, and proactive communication to ensure superior client engagement.
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients through referrals, professional networks, and strategic outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal research and investment teams to design and deliver client-centric financial solutions.
  • Educate clients on investment products, market risks, and strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and economic developments to deliver timely, value-added advice.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, performance reports, and required documentation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in mutual fund sales, wealth management, or financial advisory.
  • NISM Mutual Fund Certification preferred; additional certifications (AIF, PMS) are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • High level of initiative, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi will be an added advantage).
